MORE PAGES. I'd like to be able to split off each of my blog posts into an easily accessible page with its own meta tags, title, etc. This would provide more fodder for the search engine spiders and get me (in theory) more traffic. Is there a tool that makes this easy?

REFERRAL COMPENSATION - ONLINE AND OFF. I'd like to get compensated for every referral I make. I send someone to rentacoder (online), I want to get my affiliate (referral) $$. Likewise, I refer someone to the local dry cleaner, a restaurant, or a hotel, I want to get an affiliate/referral fee. Supposing that you could get the local merchants signed up for this, how do you go about enforcing the payments in the *offline* world? That is, if I refer you to a restaurant and you go eat there, what ensures that I get my couple percent referral fee?
