My friend Charles Hudson has introduced a new dating site called Meeteor.

Meeteor is designed to be a dating website where people from select universities can meet people with similar backgrounds. The genesis for the idea was a series of conversations that Charles had with a lot of my friends, male and female, around their experiences using products in the market today.

What's cool about Meeteor is that the site can actually verify people's identities (to an extent) and it provides a "known" community in which people can find dates. Another great example of taking something off-line and putting it online. Check it out.
