Rose's Cafe
With a nod to Tom at www.consumingambitions.com, Rose's is our favorite place for breakfast in the city. Rose's is located in "Cow Hollow" and delivers amazing breakfast pizzas, mochas in cups that look like they are right out of a french kitchen, amazing French Toast, scrambled eggs, and polenta with sausage. We've never been there for any meal BUT breakfast. A San Fran institution and well worth the wait.
