Monitoring Traffic Growth

A great utility (someone must have already written this) would be one that checks the top 10,000 Alexa sites for steady increases in traffic growth. It's not that important per se who is in the top 10,000 - what's important to know is which sites are steadily increasing their traffic day over day and week over week. Some sites clearly fall off after a certain point - but the break-out ones are the ones to watch.
